Thompson Is In?????

Ok, do you think a former senator and TV star is going to replace the Reagan years? Fred Thompson former senator from Tennessee announced his bid for the White House. All I can say is good luck. I don't understand why all of these republicans are trying to go back to Reganomic years. My god it is quite obvious back then and certainly now that increased spending and lowering taxes creates umm, it's a big word.....what is it? It's on the tip of my tongue, oh yeah it's called a deficit. If we want to continue on this path why doesn't the country choose Karl Rove as the next president?

Lil Bush Moves to Cable TV

I absolutely love the Lil Bush clips on YouTube and now it has transitioned to the Comedy Channel beginning on June 13th. If you hate the current administration you will surely love this show. My guess it will not last very long but cross your fingers. Anyone remember the show "That's My Bush?"

Obama Mentions Health Care

Obama is the second democratic presidential candidate that proposed a universal health care plan. Yet, it is not really a universal plan it is simply a proposal to lower the cost of health insurance to those who cannot afford it.

I think I would have to favor John Edwards health care plan more so than Obama's plan simply because Edward says it should be a requirement for everyone to have health insurance. This is comparable to auto insurance, no insurance no driving (well that is how it is supposed to work anyways).

I am glad to see more candidates are taking up the issue of health care. Major reform is needed and since the republicans are sitting with their thumbs up their butts it has become the responsibility of the democratic party. I hope every candidate proposes a plan for a better health care system. one million Americans without health insurance is too much let alone over 40 million.
