The Pope was able to physically touch his first Bush on Saturday. Are the alter boys jealous? No, wrong type of Bush. The Pope spent some of his precious time speaking with President Bush for the first time. The Pope informed Bush of his concerns with the Middle East.

Bush was in awe being able to meet Benedict for the first time since he became the Pope in 2005. I wonder what it was like having two conservatives in the same room at once who both think they have a direct line to God? Do you think the Pope was wondering how in the hell someone like George was elected into office? I still ponder that question myself.
