Hell Froze Over!

Karl Rove resigns on August 31, 2007. When I heard the news at 5:15 a.m. CST a tear of joy rolled down the cheek. It is nice to know that a little pressure from the Democrats finally made the balding MC Rove quit. If this is not the reason at least it gives us proof that God exists.

Bush Abuses His Power

Harriet Miers will not be showing up to testify in front of a congressional hearing tomorrow. Numb nuts Bush says she has absolute immunity from congressional testimony. This is absolute bullshit. No where does a president have executive power to allow an individual refuse to show up to a congressional hearing. The Justice Department has no right telling the White House this is legal.

Lady Bird Reunites With LBJ

Sad news today in hearing Lady Bird Johnson passed away at the age of 94. An influential first lady who helped her husband enter politics with her wealth and charm. It is truley a sad day. RIP.

Free as a Bird, Libby Missed the Jail Bird

It must be nice to have friends in high places. Scooter Libby's 30 month sentence was commuted which is practically as good as being pardoned by the president. Libby will probably get a pardon by the end of Bush's run in the White House. Libby is still being charged a fine of $250,000. Must have been hard to come up with that money. Oh my mistake, the money was probably gathered from a fund raiser. Who would have given to that charity?

I hope the next president of this country realizes what a dumb ass the current administration makes the United States look to its citizens and other nations throughout the world.

Walken 2008

Well it seems Christopher Walken is still running for president in 2008. I was hoping he would have updated his crappy website by now, but he hasn't. However, there is a really nice letter you can use to get his name out in hopes of generating a popular grass-roots campaign.
