Big money has already killed a presidential hopeful. This comes as now surprise considering the big dogs are banking more mucho dinero than previous campaigns. Sadly, the root of all happiness is also the killer of all happiness. Yep you got it, money. Tom Vilsack, former Gov. of Iowa withdrew his bid for the White House on Friday. I highly doubt Tom would have won the Democratic primary, however, I hate to see the competition dwindle because of financial expenses this early in the race. The one thing we can learn from this is that money wins elections and that it doesn't matter if you are a horrible politician with no insight on how to lead a country as long as you have a lot of green in your pocket.
2004 election Bush spent $419 million.
