NYC Great For Topless Women

Men and women can now smile when they think of New York City. Today NYC pays $29,000 to a woman who was arrested in 2005 for exposing her boobs in public. Turns out woman can flaunt their cans in public according to a 1992 state appeals court ruling which stated women had as much right as men to take off their shirts. Jerry Falwell is probably rolling in his grave with this decision. I on the other hand could care less, the lady made a cool 29k and probably made many men happy because of her shirtless action.
